Here’s where the hotel really lives up to its name — the pool area is honestly one of the better ones I’ve experienced in this price range. It’s not massive, but it’s thoughtfully designed with enough space that you don’t feel like you’re swimming in someone’s backyard. The beach access is what you’d hope for in Punta Cana — that gorgeous white sand and impossibly blue water that makes every photo look like a postcard. Recent guests have been raving about the location, and I can see why. You get that premium beach experience without the premium price tag.

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, though don’t expect anything too fancy — this isn’t trying to be an upscale resort, and that’s perfectly fine. What I appreciated was the attention to practical details. The air conditioning actually works well (crucial in the Dominican heat), and there’s decent water pressure in the shower. The restaurant serves solid food, nothing groundbreaking but definitely satisfying after a day in the sun. I found myself spending most of my time either by the pool or on the beach anyway, which is probably exactly what they intended.

What keeps people coming back here — and what earned it that 8.6 rating — is the balance it strikes. You’re getting a genuine beach and pool experience without all the crowds and chaos of the mega-resorts down the coast.   The property was centrally located, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The pool was super close and super clean! The grounds were well kept, green grass and palm trees. 24/7 security, but not that it’s needed because the neighborhood and town was super safe! The unit itself was so awesome, lots of space, very clean and bright. WiFi was great! Beds and furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed as if you could live there year round! I will definitely stay here again!!

  After a long day travelling we arrived on site but we could not locate the property, Calle Cuba was nowhere to be found so we contacted the host but the WhatsApp number provided on the confirmation email was wrong so we had to call the other number provided at UK international rate. The host was surprised/unaware of our reservation and said the apartment was not available..!!!! She then provided the number of another agent/host at a different location that had nothing to do with what we wanted but we had to reluctantly accept as we were tired at this point.

  Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo y limpio. Con todas las instalaciones! Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. El complejo también es muy lindo y muy tranquilo, con seguridad 24 horas.
  Está muy bien ubicado. Es cerca de los accesos a la playa y también tiene lugares para comer.
  Yolanda la anfitriona es lo máximo! Nos recibió con mucha alegría y estuvo durante todo nuevo viaje pendiente de que todo esté okey.

  Piscine propre, dont nous avons bien profité avec les enfants.
