Here’s the thing about location — everyone says theirs is great, but this place genuinely delivers. I mean, couples are rating it 8.7 out of 10, and after spending time there, I get why. You’re walking distance from Los Corales beach, which honestly has some of the softest sand I’ve felt in the Caribbean. The restaurant scene along the beach is fantastic too — I found myself at Jellyfish Restaurant almost every evening watching the sunset. There’s free parking on site, which saved me about $15 a day compared to other places I looked at.

The Accommodation Experience

I stayed in one of their apartment units, and it felt more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a hotel room. The kitchen setup was surprisingly well-equipped — I actually cooked breakfast a couple mornings using ingredients from the local market. The air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial in that Dominican heat), and the Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay. Sure, the furnishings aren’t brand new, but everything was clean and functional. The bedding was comfortable and the layout maximized the living space efficiently.

The property itself keeps things simple, but the real draw is what’s nearby. There’s a golf course within two miles that locals recommended — much less crowded than the resort courses and half the price. I tried the fishing excursion they helped arrange, which turned into one of those perfect Caribbean mornings you remember for years. They also have spa services available, though I ended up going to a place down the road that felt more authentic. The concierge team was incredibly helpful in coordinating all these activities.

I watched them prepare fresh local dishes that had me coming back to the dining area every morning. You’re close enough to walk to local spots, grab groceries, or just sit on the beach without fighting for a chair. It’s that sweet spot between independence and having support when you need it.   It was large and clean. Loved the big TV in the master bedroom. Loved the kitchen, the location to the beach and restaurants.

  We had good time at this place. It's clean and you have everything you need. Beds are comfy, air-conditioning is working, the Villa is close to the beach (chairs and palm tree umbrellas are included in the price) and the pool (usage included in the price) and the Manager of the place was awesome and always responsive and ready to help (Thank you, Anna!). We even got a free-of-charge late check out, as our flight was later in the day.

  Location was great, literally few steps from the beach. Also very close to the center with bars and restaurants. The neigbourhood consists of a few smal but very nice villas, which lend this place a warm and picturesque feeling. There was also a nice and cozy pool in the complex. You should buy something at the pool bar to use it. The apartment was huge with a kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. There was also a terrace on the roof with almost the same size as the apartment. Barrel with drinking water was included with a free replacement if we ran out. Host Anna was very helpful and also arranged a taxi for our trip to the airport. It was just 25$, and while a little bit more than what Uber wanted (around 20$) we had it guaranteed and reserved for a specific time. Driver was there on time so no stress getting to the airport and catching our plane. All-in-all, a wonderful experience! If we ever come back, this would be our choice again.

  The host arranged our transfer from the airport and she personally welcomed us upon our arrival. She provide us with all necessary information about our stay in the apartment despite we arrived at late evening hours. During our stay in the apartment she took care about us and always quickly replied to our requests. We liked the provision of complimentary drinking water barrels which were exchanged every time during the whole period of our stay in the apartment. We very liked the L'Osteria (pizzeria) which is located just few steps from the apartment. Another plus thing was a dedicated free parking space near to the apartment.
