  We had 2 concierges Marcos and Carlos that made our 2 week honeymoon here fantastic! The weather is super hot and humid compared to where we live, so we were constantly asking Marcos and Carlos for more waters and sodas for our room. They both also helped with booking reservations for us at the reservation restaurants like Sakura and Dolce Vita. Housekeeping was amazing and always kept our room sparkling clean whenever we asked or didn't have the "do not disturb" sign up after a night of drinking lol. The bartenders were amazing and constantly kept our drinks full, even from our swim up pool. All servers at the restaurants and buffets were super attentive and very friendly. We did happen to get sick mid way through our stay and our one concierge, Carlos, made sure we were given extra waters and even had a free continental breakfast delivered to our room.

  The lagoon to the left of the resort was absolutely beautiful and even had a horse on the shore that was extremely friendly.
  Bingo was a big tradition during our stay and was always hosted by someone great and super energetic. We also really loved the foam party at the party pool on the El Beso side. We met tons of great people during our stay and this is definitely one to remember.
