  The penthouse was amazing! We were 2 couples and one single person, we had more space than needed. It was clean and very well equipped. Kitchen, towels, washing and drying machines. We paid 30 Dollars for the electricity for 12 nights, which is very cheap.
  The host was quick in responding to any of our questions. The beach was 5 minute walk and the nearest supermarket as well. If we visit Bavaro again we will for sure stay in the same place! Thank you Ivan and Keisy for the amazing stay!

  The apartment was super comfortable and perfectly situated just a short walk to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. We were able to prepare meals like at home and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed down to the coffee and sugar. We were there almost 2 weeks and were able to wash/dry clothes in the unit . We brought our own detergent pods but several were provided by the host. Beach chairs, beach towels, and personal use towels were provided in abundance. One thing I was very concerned about was the extra charge for electricity snd the uncertainty of the total cost. We were a party of 6 and spent less than $100 despite cooking, washing clothes, use of AC, and lots of time spent inside. We were also provided with the website to track our energy usage.. Also, my daughter is a college student and there was never one glitch with the internet while she attended online classes daily! The rooftop pool was maintained every few days which was great for the little ones on days we didn't go to the beach. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone considering it. Ivan was a great host and was very responsive to any needs or requests for assistance. Thank you so much for making our family vacation a truly positive experience!

  this penthouse was everything for our little family trip. we booked the 3 bedrooms with the private pool and let me tell y’all it did not disappoint. Ivan was the most professional person I have ever met he went out of his way to make we had a good stay . the house was very cleaned, the pool got cleaned twice during our stay, and the location was really close to the beach and restaurants . i highly recommend this house for a joyable vacation.

  Het appartement is super mooi, schoon en ruim. Op loopafstand zitten leuke restaurantjes en supermarktjes, ook een prima strand op loopafstand. Ivan was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de elektriciteit prepaid is.
  Verder een heel leuk verblijf gehad hier!
