Being on Avenida Estados Unidos puts you right in the sweet spot of Bavaro — close enough to everything but far enough from the main tourist chaos. You’ve got the Iberostar complex nearby, which actually works in your favor because you can access some of their facilities and restaurants if you want a change of pace. The free private parking is clutch here since you’ll probably want to rent a car to explore beyond the immediate area. There’s a golf course within two miles (I played it twice), and the tennis court on-site is surprisingly well-maintained.

The Villa Experience

The villa itself strikes that perfect balance between refined comfort and beach house relaxation. You know what I appreciated most? The kitchen is actually functional — not one of those hotel kitchenettes where you can barely make coffee. I ended up cooking several meals, especially after discovering the local fish market in Bavaro town. The bedrooms are spacious with good air conditioning (essential in this climate), and the bathrooms have proper water pressure. Small details, but they matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights.

  Beautiful villa. The place was clean and tidy. The rooms were big and comfortable and each had its own private bathroom with a shower. Beach towels were available and you have an area at the beach with transats. You can rent a golf cart to drive around. Our host Aladin was absolutely amazing and very responsive. He answered fast and was there to accomodate every need.

  The villa is in an ideal location in regards to beaches, nightlife and restaurants (15 mins) and the airport (25 mins). When booking excursions, the villa was in great location, so there was no problem with pick-ups or drop-offs. Caroline, the guest manager, was 100% a great help from the start of our arrival at the Villa and ensured to cater to our every need, whether that was arranging golf carts or assisting with any issues or enquiries.

  Casa muito espaçosa, bons móveis, camas confortáveis, lençóis tolhas limpas, área externa muito bem cuidada. Segurança e privacidade. Atendimento e organização do responsável e anfitrião foram excelentes. Contato disponível para qualquer problema. A área reservada da praia tem toda infraestrutura, espreguiçadeiras, mesinhas e guarda sol.

  De ligging is echt geweldig. Omringd door de golfbaan met prachtige uitzichten. Op loopafstand van de gratis gym (prima uitgerust met airco en bijna nooit iemand aanwezig) en het prachtige strand. De villa’s hebben een eigen privéstrand met bedjes en parasols. We hebben golfkarretjes gehuurd (4 seater $30 per dag) en gezien de afstanden in het resort is dat zeer aan te raden. En bovendien heel leuk. De staff, met name Aladin en Thomas zijn geweldig. Alles wat je nodig hebt of wilt weten wordt direct geregeld. Ik zou geen minuut twijfelen om dit te boeken!
