  The property was centrally located, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The pool was super close and super clean! The grounds were well kept, green grass and palm trees. 24/7 security, but not that it’s needed because the neighborhood and town was super safe! The unit itself was so awesome, lots of space, very clean and bright. WiFi was great! Beds and furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed as if you could live there year round! I will definitely stay here again!!

  Location was good. About a five block walk from the beach and very very cheap uber ride to the beach if you do not want to walk. Plenty of food options short walk away. The place is tuck into a residential area and felt safe.

  The place was exactly as described on line. The complex is beautiful, well maintained, everyone was friendly, the pool was super clean (and always empty…yay!). There is a security guard, so felt very safe. The living room and porch were very beautiful and comfortable and had everything one needs. The kitchen was well stocked. Both bedrooms were comfortable with nice linens and towels. Just a note, only soap was provided in bathrooms (no shampoo/conditioner). The location could not be better. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, clubs, stores, absolutely perfect. The area is safe and the complex is in a lovely not noisy street.
  The host, Yolanda was lovely and very responsive to any issue we had. I highly recommend staying there.

  Geweldig zwembad en een ruim comfortabel appartement met alles erop en eraan! De locatie wordt beveiligd en voelt veilig. Rustig gelegen en toch op korte loopafstand van stranden en levendige straten van Punta Cana. Yolanda is een super vriendelijke host die ons veel tips gaf om te doen. Ik zou deze locatie aanraden!
