  Great Apartament, with a functional kitchen that comes with a fridge and all general utensils you need, living room and bedroom the a/c works well in the bedroom extremely friendly host that is doing everything to make your stay the best you can have, he also speaks fluent English, so if you don't understand Spanish, you have no problem, Rolando really is a great guy and for this price you get close access to a private beach, a spacious apartment with enough amenities and a shop, gas station, also a 24 hour pharmacy just 5 minutes away. I recommend this place for travellers what want a good value for budget. Thank you very much Rolando for hosting me.

  Rolando was nice and polite. He get us informed about everything we need to know. First evening he took us to market by car.
  He communicated with us on WhatsApp and he was really helpful.
  We have our own room with bathroom and shared kitchen. Rolando has prepared barel water and coffee.

  The owner was very friendly helped us with what we needed. He was available for us all the time. I loved the colonial style bed. Bathroom was clean. Aircon worked well. The common room was ok. There was also the nice tarrace outside.
