  The staff was beyond pleasant. The animation team was exceptional in their interactions and kindness (the programs given to them need improvement because many times the atmosphere was overly calm). Pedro, Alberto, and Daunny left an amazing impression on my friends, family, and myself.
  We met the executive chef (I believe his name is Jose, he is from Mexico and does an Outstanding job with the food). Every single dish we had was absolutely amazing. Rosa was an amazing server, alongside Vicente, Gabriel, Sterling, and practically everyone who we came in contact with.
  The rooms were very clean.
  Mr. Chelly was amazing at keeping us active!!!
