  The service was very poor.
  The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't tell me her name, she is a big lady , she seems very racist and very rude.
  This is the first time that the first time experience this. She does not deserve to work at this place and I am sure other guests experience the same problem. She will cause the hotels to lost a lot of clients. I worked in hospitality business for a long time and I know how to deal with customers ( 15 years for Marriott Vacation Worldwide).
  I need to get a refund for 2 days because I didn't stay for 3 days. I stayed only for one day.
  She has the that I signed for only one day.
