  Very safe and secure. FRONT desk is always on duty, and cameras are in hallways and staircase for your safety. It was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Also clean and cozy. NO ELECTRICITY EXTRA FEES, which was a plus because mostly all independent own apartments charge this fee in DR
