  The property was very intimate and secluded from busy streets. It was very quiet and comfortable. I really felt like I was at home. The owners were extremely nice and friendly. Any issue we had which we didn’t have but 1 it was resolved immediately. I recommend if you like privacy while vacationing. Definitely will be my go to spot when coming back to Punta Cana.

  The accommodation is basic but is well kept and has all the essential.
  Vladimir and Marisol are really friendly and helpful, providing travel tips and quickly sorting out any issues.
  The location is good if (like me) you like a quite area away from crowds and noise, however it's not walking distance from beaches and shops. That is not an issue though, as Uber is cheap and quickly available.

  the property was very spacious and clean. we enjoyed the top deck and small pool. The ability to wash clothes/hang dry if needed. We enjoyed the privacy and distance it was too and from the beach and downtown. We were reminded that we were staying in the tropics and one night we sat on the deck and saw a (very) small brown snake eating a lizard … I’m adding this here because it wasn’t something we considered negative but an experience to see some of these animals in their natural habitat. The host and his wife were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good, very wonderful fruit and cafe. **** we had to check out an hour or so early but due to a rusted pipe in the bathroom needing to be fixed. I assume.

  Quiet and secure property! Very clean and comfortable! The owners are very helpful and their hospitality makes your stay even better! not far from the beach, but the pool is excellent on days you don’t make it to the beach!

  Very quiet and nice, pleasant place, Macao beach a short drive away. Bavaro around the corner. The owners are very helpful, great communication and arrangement. I really enjoyed this accommodation, I slept well. I was surprised by the perfect cleanliness. I recommend it, I have no complaints and rate it highly, thank you and I wish many satisfied guests as I was.

  I give 10 because I was very satisfied with everything, even more so when I compare the quality with other accommodation in the Dominican Republic. Calm and pleasant environment, absolute cleanliness, very comfortable bed and equipment. Rich fresh breakfast for a great price. There is a refreshing pool and a pleasant place to sit on the roof terrace with a barbecue. Very nice and very helpful owners, they helped with everything, they also arranged transport from the airport. I will be very happy to come back again soon and recommend this new and great accommodation for the perfect price to everyone.

  Very friendly and excellent communication made our 1 night stay easy after our flight.
  Owner really wanted cash and explained that he has to charge 8% more for cards. It's a shame he doesn't mention that in his description.
